The drawer-type showcase is a new model developed by Hengwei in 2002, which has advantages over traditional products in appearance, color and structural design. Such humanized design better meets the needs of bakery customers and bakers, and makes it easier to operate:

 

1、Place the cake showcase on a well-ventilated horizontal position. If the floor is uneven, flatten it so that it is stable. Since the upper part of this unit is in a glass structure, special care should be used when it is moved.

 

2、Make sure this unit is connected to a 200V, 50Hz single-phase AC power supply. See the nameplate on this unit for the total input power.

 

3、Just insert the power plug into the socket. When the light is illuminated, this unit is ready for operation.

 

4、  When this unit needs cleaning, wipe it with wet, soft cloth only and never rinse it with water directly, lest the wirings might be short-circuited. Do not use strongly irritant detergent for cleaning, too.
